The Terms of Services is a contract between you and ThumbPress to govern your use of any of our services. These Terms of Services describe our commitments to you, your rights, and responsibilities when using our service. It is highly recommended that you read them carefully and reach out to us if you have any questions.

Agreeing to these Terms of Services means you completely comply with us with your consent. These terms bind you as long as you use the services of ThumbPress. 

For your kind information, ThumbPress authority holds the power to amend these terms anytime, in any way, and periodically in their sole discretion.

ThumbPress Terms of Services

The following Terms of Services apply to the update and support services provided by ThumbPress.

Limitation of Liability

ThumbPress declares it will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special, accidental, or consequential damages, except in case of intentional misconduct or gross negligence, including but not limited to damages in the form of data loss, failure to operate, lost revenue, or missed profits. Any use of materials from this site results in the need for servicing, repair, or corrections and may require extra costs.

Licensing

All features of ThumbPress are released under the GPL License Version 3. So, we strongly discourage you to modify them for redistribution or resale under your name. 

You may not claim intellectual or exclusive ownership of any of our products. The license key we gave you ensures updates from our servers. You need to activate them to function properly. Each product of ours comes with 365 days of update validity and support on workdays.

Support Services

ThumbPress will provide a reasonable level of technical support regarding the product via a ‘support ticket’ or Facebook Page. Support and updates are only available for paid products. Pre-sale queries will be given for free. General support will be given all around the week but technical support will only be given on workdays. There could be some extra charges for custom works of any of our products.

ThumbPress reserves the right to limit its services in the case of – 

• Your website contains any explicit or offensive content.
• You or your staff do not behave in a civil manner towards any of our support agents.
• If you make any unreasonable and irrelevant demands.

Update Services

ThumbPress will release updates from time to time to improve functionality and fix bugs and other issues. We may charge you extra for any additional services on any of our features.

Warranty

ThumbPress does not provide any warranty for any of its services of any kind. There is a guarantee that our product will work but only in the environment, we have tested. Environments like supported browsers, WordPress versions, PHP versions, and compatible plugins are listed on the product site.

No Personal Data

You (customer/client) shall not provide any personal data (EU/GDPR) or personally identifiable information (USA) unless specifically authorized in writing beforehand. If you do, you must fully indemnify ThumbPress for all costs and damages associated with its processing and removal, including administrative fines and costs of secure deletion. All the non-public information we collect via cookies, Google Analytics, etc. will be kept strictly confidential. 

Discounts

Any discounts given are only applicable for the first term of the purchased subscription, and not for any renewal purposes.

Duration/Term

The agreement will start on the day ThumbPress receives your first payment and remains active for twelve months. The agreement is renewed upon the renewal of your subscription, thus we will accept the payment for your next renewal, and so on.
