Refund Policy

We sincerely hope you love what you ordered. But if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may request a refund. 

If you want to request a refund, please submit a ticket from here. Our support and administration team will then assess your refund request.

In the case of technical difficulties, website or hosting incompatibilities, or other unforeseen circumstances, we may issue a full refund but only within 30 days of your purchase.

However, such decisions will be made upon thoroughly reviewing your refund request. Upon reviewing the request our support team will reach out to you regarding updates on any decision that has been made. We request full cooperation with the support team during this period to give them a chance to fix any solvable issues.

If we accept your refund request, we will need you to provide us with all the necessary information to help identify your purchase, which includes – your order number, the number of licenses purchased, as well as the reasons for asking for a refund.

We will verify the reasons by asking you further questions, or by trying to simulate the issues on our systems, before making a final decision to provide a refund in full.

We generally do not provide refunds in these circumstances –

  • If your reason for requesting a refund is – “It doesn’t fit my requirement”, “it’s not a solution I am looking for”, or “It’s not what I thought it was.”
  • f you ask for a feature that is not promoted or mentioned on our site. As we have clearly stated each of our features on our website.
  • If admit to making a ‘mistake’ when ordering or have changed your mind after ordering.
  • If you do not have sufficient expertise to use the plugin.
  • If you refuse to give our support staff access to your websites to investigate the issues you are having with our product.
  • You claim that you are entitled to a refund but you do not provide a valid reason.
  • You use an older version of WordPress, or PHP that is not compatible with our plugin.
  • You are having an issue with a free feature or asking for a feature that was not promoted or offered on our website.
  • If you tamper with our product e.g. changing its code. 
  • If you make any changes in the WordPress core.
  • If you buy the plugin at a discount or upgrade the plugin.
  • We do not refund renewal/auto-renewal payments for our product.

If you’re satisfied with the policies we just mentioned and are still having problems with our plugin, we will provide you with a refund in due time.
