Home » License » I can’t activate my ThumbPress license, what to do?

If you are facing any issue with activating the license. Please follow these steps:

Step 1: Log in to https://my.pluggable.io and click on the Customer Dashboard  option.

Step 2:  Then, go to the Manage tab, here you will find an option called Manage Sites. All of your licenses will appear on that page. Click on the Manage Sites button to deactivate a site from the license.

Step 3: From this page, you need to deactivate your site associated with the license. Click on the Deactivate Site.

Step 4: After you deactivate the license, put your site URL to the box showing below and click on the blue Add Site button.

Step 5: Now, navigate to your new website’s ThumbPress License tab and then deactivate it.

Step 6: Reactivate the site license by clicking the Activate button. You will be asked to connect with Pluggable using your account credentials. After logging in successfully the license will be activated.
