I can’t activate my ThumbPress license, what to do?
There could be more than one reason for you being unable activating your ThumbPress licenses. Below are the two most noteworthy reason our users usually encounters with-
1. You’re using the wrong email address
ThumbPress licenses are tied to the exact email address you used at checkout. If you log in to Pluggable with a different email – even a slightly different one (a work vs personal address, an alias, or a small typo) – the activation will not go through.
How to fix it:
Open your original ThumbPress purchase receipt (check your emails) to find the email used at checkout. Use that exact email to log in at my.pluggable.io.
Once logged in with the correct email, return to your WordPress dashboard and click Activate on the ThumbPress License tab.
2. A temporary caching or security check is in the way
Sometimes activation fails because of a caching layer on your site, or because your server is going through a short Cloudflare bot/security verification at the moment you click Activate. These issues almost always clear up on their own within a few minutes.
How to fix it:
Wait a couple of minutes, refresh the page, and try activating again. If you use a caching plugin (WP Rocket, W3 Total Cache, LiteSpeed Cache, etc.), clear your site cache before retrying. If your site is behind Cloudflare, give the security check a minute to complete and then reload before clicking Activate again.
